Chris Marr

Chris Marr is a government affairs consultant, specializing in healthcare and regulatory issues. His past clients have included Kaiser Permanente, Live Nation, Kinzer Partners and others. Following management positions at Ford and McDonald's, Mr. Marr spent twenty years as managing partner of the Foothills Auto Group, which operated automotive dealerships in the Spokane area. After selling his dealerships, he served in the Washington State Senate as Majority Whip.  Subsequently, Mr. Marr served on the Washington Liquor and Cannabis Board, where he led the transition to privatized liquor sales and establishment of the world's first legalized cannabis marketplace. Mr. Marr has served on the Board of Regents of Washington State University and chaired the boards of Empire Health Services and Inland Northwest Health Services as well as Greater Spokane Inc. and the Washington Transportation Commission.
