She has spent her career in the Financial Services Industry serving as an executive for Bank of America, Key Bank and as the CEO of Cascade Bank.
Carol has extensive experience serving on numerous boards of public, private and large non-profit organizations. Her current service includes Chair of the Board of United Way of King County, Independent Director to the Federal Home Bank of Des Moines, Delta Dental of Washington and Director to Brooks Running's Board of Advisors. Carol's past board experience includes Seattle University, the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco (Seattle Branch), and the National KeyBank Foundation.
