Andrea Y. Sato

Andrea Y. Sato is a shareholder with the law firm of Kantor Taylor PC in Seattle, WA.  Her practice focuses on the representation of non-profit and public entities in financing and developing affordable multifamily housing utilizing low income housing tax credits, tax exempt bonds and local, state and federal funding sources.  She represents clients through all stages of the real estate development process, including site acquisition, due diligence and project financing.  She also has developed extensive expertise in representing clients in the development of mixed use affordable housing projects.  She is a graduate of Columbia University (A.B. from Columbia College) and the University of Washington School of Law (J.D., With Honors, Order of the Coif).  She is currently on the board of directors of the Housing Development Consortium of Seattle-King County.
